Common questions
Why is the builder not visible?
Confirm the profile has an enabled box size and variant, publishing succeeded, and the Box Builder app block is saved on the page template with the correct profile selected. An unconfigured block stays hidden from shoppers.
Why are products not loading in a picker?
If the app requests updated Shopify permissions, approve them and use Reconnect app access. A failed request is not the same as an empty catalog, and reconnecting does not delete your setup.
Why did products not group into a bundle?
Confirm the bundle processor passed the setup check, publish the profile again, remove selling plans from the bundle lines, and test in a clean cart. If it persists, send the store domain and profile name to support.
Which themes are supported?
The storefront widget requires an Online Store 2.0 theme that supports app blocks. You do not need to edit the theme code.
Are subscriptions and pre-orders supported?
No. Bundle merge operations do not support cart lines carrying selling plans, including subscriptions, pre-orders and try-before-you-buy products.
How do I uninstall?
Remove the Box Builder block if desired, then uninstall the App in Shopify Admin. Shopify access is revoked and remaining data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
