1. Agreement
These Terms govern a merchant's use of DKN Bundles: Box Builder (the App), provided by DKN Technologies. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you may bind the organization operating the Shopify store.
2. Service
The App helps merchants configure custom bundles, publish a theme app block, process supported bundle components and review operational information. It requires a compatible Shopify store, a supported checkout surface and an Online Store 2.0 theme that supports app blocks. Selling plans and unsupported order APIs might not support bundle transformations.
3. Merchant responsibilities
- Maintain accurate products, variants, pricing, tax, inventory, shipping and payment settings.
- Test bundle pricing, quantities, discounts, fulfilment, refunds and returns before publishing.
- Provide accurate customer disclosures and comply with applicable ecommerce, privacy, tax and product laws.
- Ensure staff have appropriate Shopify permissions and protect account access.
- Do not use the App unlawfully or to violate Shopify's terms or another person's rights.
4. Acceptable use
You must not disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, overload or circumvent the App or its security controls except where applicable law prohibits such a restriction. The App must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing or harmful activity.
5. Fees
The App is currently offered free of charge. If paid functionality is introduced, its price and terms will be presented through Shopify's approved billing system before a merchant is charged.
6. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the App processes information. Merchants instruct DKN to process store and order information only as needed to operate and secure the App, support merchants and comply with law.
7. Third-party dependencies
The App depends on Shopify and infrastructure providers outside DKN's direct control. Their changes, outages, restrictions or discontinuation can affect availability and functionality.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the App. Where reasonably practicable, affected merchants will receive notice of material changes or planned discontinuation. Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
9. Support
Support is described at bundles.dkntechnologies.com/support. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary customer personal data.
10. Intellectual property
The App, software, branding and documentation are owned by DKN or its licensors. Merchants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for their Shopify store while it remains installed.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. DKN may suspend access when reasonably necessary for unlawful use, security risk, material breach, platform requirements or service discontinuation. Data following uninstall is handled under the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” DKN disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DKN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, disputes will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
15. Changes
Revised Terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
