Customers get the fun part: choosing their favourites. Your team gets the useful part: clear products, photos, SKUs and quantities in Shopify. No decoding notes. No guessing what went in the box.
A custom box should delight the customer, not create detective work in the warehouse. Bundles turns every selection into clear Shopify product lines, so your team can pick faster, make fewer mistakes and trust the stock on screen.
Customers enjoy a simple box builder and one clear price. Your team gets the chosen products with the right photo, SKU and quantity. No cryptic notes. No guesswork. Just an order that is ready to pack.
The guided setup walks you through products, box sizes, selectable variants and storefront placement. Once it is live, each new order takes care of itself.

Pick the products, set each box size and add the variants shoppers can choose. Reuse profiles whenever you want another box on the menu.
They choose exactly what they fancy, fill the box and head to checkout. The counter handles the maths, so nobody accidentally buys nineteen of a twenty pack.
Each choice reaches Shopify with the information needed to pick, pack and track it. The agreed box total stays put.
The rest is plumbing. It is in there, it is tested, and you should never have to think about it.
A box is one price to the shopper and a list of actual variants to everyone else. Your pick list, your stock count and your fulfilment partner all see exactly what the customer chose. There is nothing to decode from a line item note, because there is no note.
Set a price for each box size. Bundles applies the right one as the shopper fills the box, which is the moment it actually changes what they buy. No codes to remember or publish.
Choose a variant and a threshold. The server decides whether a box qualifies, not the browser, so the free item cannot be talked into a cart that has not earned it.
Twenty chosen items would normally mean twenty cart rows. Bundles folds them into one line with a thumbnail and a single price, then puts them back as real products at checkout. Works on the native Shopify cart and on the drawers third party checkout apps inject.
The unglamorous half, for completeness. Stock decrements against the real variant. A webhook Shopify sends twice still produces one order. Temporary failures retry themselves, and anything that needs a person appears in the admin with the reason attached. A half finished setup never reaches a shopper, because a draft cannot replace a working one until it is valid.
Install from the Shopify App Store, drop one block into your theme, and choose what goes in the box. No code, no developer, no theme file to edit.
Free for your first 50 boxes. After that it is $20 a month. No setup fee, and no charge per order.
Install on ShopifyBundles asks for products, orders and files, plus permission to run its own bundle pricing. It stores no customer details: what it keeps from an order is the box, the variants and the totals.
